Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 butternut squash, peeled, seeded, and cut into chunks
- 2 tablespoons of harissa paste
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon of ground coriander
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a small bowl, mix harissa paste, olive oil, cumin, coriander, salt, and pepper.

Place chicken breasts and butternut squash chunks on a large baking tray.

Spoon the harissa mixture over the chicken and squash, making sure everything is well coated.
