  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp minced ginger
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

  2. Mix together soy sauce, maple syrup, rice vinegar, ginger, garlic, and sesame oil in a bowl.

  3. Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the soy sauce mixture on top.

  4. Sprinkle sesame seeds over the chicken.

  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the sesame seeds are golden brown.
