  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon orange zest
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.

  2. Add the baby carrots to the skillet and sauté until they start to become tender, about 5 minutes.

  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, grated ginger, and orange zest.

  4. Pour the honey mixture over the carrots and toss to coat them evenly.

  5. Reduce the heat to low, cover the skillet, and simmer for about 10 minutes, or until the carrots are fully tender.

  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  7. Serve the glazed baby carrots hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
