How To Make Anise and Honey Glazed Carrots

Sweet and fragrant carrots coated in a glaze of anise and honey.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound of carrots, peeled and sliced into rounds
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1 teaspoon of anise seeds
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. In a bowl, mix together olive oil, honey, anise seeds, salt, and pepper.

  3. Add sliced carrots to the bowl and toss to coat with the glaze.

  4. Place the glazed carrots on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until tender and lightly caramelized.

  5. Serve and enjoy!
