How To Make Anise and Honey Glazed Carrots
Sweet and fragrant carrots coated in a glaze of anise and honey.

Ingredients
- 1 pound of carrots, peeled and sliced into rounds
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1 teaspoon of anise seeds
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F.

In a bowl, mix together olive oil, honey, anise seeds, salt, and pepper.

Add sliced carrots to the bowl and toss to coat with the glaze.

Place the glazed carrots on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until tender and lightly caramelized.
