Ingredients

  • 4 oranges, peeled and sliced
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tbsp anise seeds
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the oranges, red onion, parsley, and anise seeds.

  2. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

  3. Toss gently to coat.

  4. Serve chilled.
