How To Make Anise Crusted Salmon Recipe
This salmon recipe is coated with toasted anise seeds for a unique and delicious flavor.

Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 2 tbsp anise seeds
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil

Preheat oven to 400°F.

In a small skillet, toast anise seeds until fragrant and lightly browned.

Crush seeds with a mortar and pestle or spice grinder.

Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper, then press crushed anise seeds onto both sides of each fillet.
