  • 1 cup pitted Kalamata olives
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped

  • 1/4 cup fresh oregano leaves
  • 3 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Place the olives, garlic, capers, and oregano in a food processor and pulse until coarsely chopped.

  2. With the machine running, slowly drizzle in the olive oil until the mixture is smooth and well-combined.

  3. Taste and adjust seasoning, adding more salt or pepper if desired.
