Ingredients

  • 1 block (16 oz) of extra firm tofu, sliced into 4 steaks
  • 1/4 cup of soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • 2 tbsp of balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp of smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp of garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Green onions, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

  2. In a small mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

  3. Coat tofu steaks with the marinade mixture.

  4. Grill tofu steaks for 6-7 minutes per side, or until grill marks appear.

  5. Garnish with chopped green onions.
