How To Make Halloumi & red cabbage steaks

Ingredients
- 1 small red cabbage, sliced into steaks
- 1 pack of halloumi cheese, sliced
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a large bowl, toss the red cabbage slices with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.

Place the seasoned cabbage steaks on a baking sheet and roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until tender and slightly caramelized.

Meanwhile, heat a grill pan over medium heat. Grill the halloumi cheese slices for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden and slightly charred.

Remove the cabbage steaks from the oven and serve with the grilled halloumi on top. Garnish with fresh parsley.
