How To Make Vegetarian Cauliflower Steak Recipe
Delicious and filling vegetarian dish featuring hearty cauliflower steaks.

Ingredients
- 1 large head cauliflower, leaves removed and stem trimmed
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Slice cauliflower into 4 thick “steaks”.

In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Brush both sides of cauliflower steaks with the mixture and place on a baking sheet.

Roast in the oven for 30-35 minutes, or until tender and browned.

Serve cauliflower steaks topped with chopped fresh parsley.
