How To Make Vegetarian Cauliflower Steak Recipe

Delicious and filling vegetarian dish featuring hearty cauliflower steaks.

Ingredients

  • 1 large head cauliflower, leaves removed and stem trimmed
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Slice cauliflower into 4 thick “steaks”.

  3. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

  4. Brush both sides of cauliflower steaks with the mixture and place on a baking sheet.

  5. Roast in the oven for 30-35 minutes, or until tender and browned.

  6. Serve cauliflower steaks topped with chopped fresh parsley.
