How To Make Sesame-Crusted Tofu with Gingery Noodles

Ingredients
- 14 oz tofu, pressed and drained
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 8 oz rice noodles
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- Vegetable oil, for frying
- Salt, to taste
Instructions

In a shallow dish, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger. Mix well.

Cut tofu into 1/2-inch thick slices and place them in the marinade. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.

In the meantime, cook the rice noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Remove tofu from the marinade and coat each slice with sesame seeds.

Fry tofu slices in the hot oil until crispy and golden, about 2 minutes per side. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate.

In the same skillet, add broccoli and bell pepper. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until crisp-tender.

Add the cooked rice noodles to the skillet and pour in the remaining marinade. Toss everything together until well coated.

Serve the sesame-crusted tofu on top of the gingery noodles, garnished with green onions.
