How To Make Vegetarian Zucchini Noodles Recipe

A healthy, low-carb and flavorful dish made with zucchini noodles.

Ingredients

  • 4 medium zucchinis
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Use a spiralizer to make noodles with the zucchinis.

  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

  3. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes.

  4. Add zucchini noodles and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  5. Add cherry tomatoes, chopped basil, and salt and pepper to taste.

  6. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.

  7. Optional: sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top before serving.
