How To Make Vegetarian Zucchini Noodles Recipe
A healthy, low-carb and flavorful dish made with zucchini noodles.

Ingredients
- 4 medium zucchinis
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions

Use a spiralizer to make noodles with the zucchinis.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes.

Add zucchini noodles and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add cherry tomatoes, chopped basil, and salt and pepper to taste.

Cook for another 2-3 minutes.

Optional: sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top before serving.
