Ingredients
- 4 large portobello mushrooms, stems removed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 4 burger buns
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 4 lettuce leaves
- Sliced red onion
- Sliced tomato
Instructions

Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.

In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
