  3. Thread the squash, bell peppers, onion, and halloumi onto skewers, alternating the ingredients.

  4. Brush the skewers with the tamarind marinade, making sure they are well coated.

  5. Place the skewers on the grill or in the oven and cook for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the vegetables are tender and the halloumi is golden brown.

  6. Remove the skewers from the heat and garnish with fresh cilantro leaves.
