  2. Thread the halloumi cheese, bell peppers, red onion, and cherry tomatoes onto the soaked wooden skewers.

  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.

  4. Brush the skewers with the marinade on all sides.

  5. Grill the skewers for about 2-3 minutes per side, or until the halloumi is golden brown and the vegetables are tender.

  6. Remove from the grill and serve hot.
