Ingredients
- 250g halloumi cheese, cut into cubes
- 2 red bell peppers, cut into chunks
- 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 green bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 small red cabbage, thinly sliced
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon honey
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 skewers
Instructions

Preheat the grill or barbecue. Soak the skewers in water for 10 minutes.

Thread the halloumi cubes and pepper chunks onto the skewers, alternating between the two.

In a large bowl, combine the sliced red cabbage, lemon juice, olive oil, honey, salt, and pepper. Toss well to evenly coat the cabbage.

Grill the kebabs for about 5 minutes on each side, until the cheese is slightly charred and the peppers are tender.

Serve the halloumi and pepper kebabs with the lemony cabbage salad on the side.
