- 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts and minced garlic with olive oil until evenly coated.

Spread the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer.

Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
