Ingredients

  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts and minced garlic with olive oil until evenly coated.

  3. Spread the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer.

  4. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.

  5. Sprinkle the roasted sprouts with Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper to taste.

  6. Serve immediately.
