How To Make Christmas Leftovers Pizza

Ingredients
- Pizza dough
- 1 cup of leftover turkey, shredded
- 1/2 cup of cranberry sauce
- 1/2 cup of leftover vegetables (such as roasted Brussel sprouts or carrots)
- 1/2 cup of leftover mashed potatoes
- 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup of chopped fresh herbs (such as parsley or basil)
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and grease a baking sheet.

Roll out the pizza dough onto the prepared baking sheet, shaping it into a round or rectangular shape.

Spread the cranberry sauce on top of the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
