How To Make Quick & Spicy Nasi Goreng

Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked jasmine rice
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 red chili peppers, sliced
- 1 carrot, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon chili paste
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Heat the vegetable oil in a large frying pan or wok over medium heat. Add the onion, garlic, and red chili peppers, and cook for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.

Add the carrot, bell pepper, and frozen peas to the pan and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender.

Push the vegetables to one side of the pan and pour the beaten eggs into the other side. Scramble the eggs until cooked, then mix them together with the vegetables.

Add the cooked jasmine rice to the pan and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes to heat through.

In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, chili paste, and sugar. Pour the sauce over the rice mixture and stir to combine.

Add the cooked chicken and green onions to the pan and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.
