- 4 cups mixed salad greens
- 1 cup fresh herbs (such as basil, mint, and cilantro), roughly chopped
- 1 red chilli, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup toasted pine nuts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper, to taste

In a large salad bowl, combine the mixed salad greens, fresh herbs, red chilli, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and toasted pine nuts.

In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
