How To Make Cranberry & Sweet Chilli Jam

Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh cranberries
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 red chilli peppers, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions

In a saucepan, combine cranberries, sugar, water, and chilli peppers.

Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.

Reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes, or until cranberries have popped and mixture thickens.

Stir in lemon juice and cook for an additional 5 minutes.

Remove from heat and let cool.

Transfer jam to a sterilized jar and refrigerate until ready to use.
