- 8 slices of fresh mozzarella cheese
- 2 plum tomatoes, diced
- 1 small red onion, finely chopped
- 1 red chilli, deseeded and finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons of fresh basil, chopped
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

In a medium bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, red onion, red chilli, basil, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine and set aside.
