Ingredients

  • 2 cups mixed sprouts
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 small tomato, finely chopped
  • 1 small cucumber, finely chopped
  • 1 small green chilli, chopped
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Wash and drain the sprouts and keep aside.

  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sprouts, onion, tomato, cucumber, and green chilli.

  3. Add lemon juice, cumin powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

  4. Serve the salad garnished with fresh coriander leaves.
