  • 2 cups mashed potatoes
  • 1 cup haggis
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together the mashed potatoes and haggis until well combined.

  2. Add the beaten eggs, flour, salt, and pepper to the mixture and mix well.

  3. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.

  4. Take a spoonful of the potato mixture and shape it into a patty. Place it in the frying pan and cook until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.

  5. Repeat with the remaining mixture, adding more oil as needed.
