- 2 cups mashed potatoes
- 1 cup haggis
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 tablespoon flour
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Vegetable oil for frying

In a bowl, mix together the mashed potatoes and haggis until well combined.

Add the beaten eggs, flour, salt, and pepper to the mixture and mix well.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.

Take a spoonful of the potato mixture and shape it into a patty. Place it in the frying pan and cook until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
