- 2 large potatoes, peeled and grated
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- vegetable oil, for frying

Place the grated potatoes on a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out any excess moisture.
