How To Make Fried Rice with Egg & Ginger

Ingredients
- 4 cups cooked rice
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon minced ginger
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions, for garnish
Instructions

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat. Add the garlic and ginger and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

Push the garlic and ginger to the side of the pan and add the beaten eggs. Scramble the eggs until cooked through.

Add the cooked rice to the pan and stir to combine with the eggs, garlic, and ginger.

Stir in the soy sauce and sesame oil. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the rice is heated through and slightly crispy.

Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with green onions before serving.
