Ingredients

  • 8 ounces of chicken breast, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh ginger, grated
  • 4 cups of chicken broth
  • 8 ounces of noodles (such as ramen or egg noodles)
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Green onions, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

  2. Add the chicken slices to the pot and cook until they are no longer pink in the center, about 5-7 minutes.

  3. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil. Add the noodles and cook according to the package instructions until tender.

  4. Stir in the soy sauce and sesame oil. Season with salt to taste.

  5. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
