How To Make Fig & Blue Cheese Tart

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet of puff pastry, thawed
  • 6 fresh figs, quartered
  • 100g blue cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

  2. Roll out the puff pastry into a rectangle and place it on a baking sheet.

  3. Arrange the fig quarters evenly on the puff pastry.

  4. Sprinkle the blue cheese over the figs.

  5. Drizzle the honey over the tart and sprinkle with chopped rosemary.

  6. Season with salt and pepper.

  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the pastry is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  8. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
