How To Make Brie Wrapped in Prosciutto & Brioche

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 1 wheel of Brie
  • 8 slices of prosciutto
  • 4 slices of brioche
  • 2 tbsp of butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp of honey
  • Fresh thyme leaves, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Place the brioche slices on a baking sheet and brush both sides with melted butter.

  3. Bake the brioche slices for about 8-10 minutes until golden brown and crispy.

  4. Remove from the oven and set aside to cool slightly.

  5. Cut the Brie wheel into 8 equal wedges.

  6. Wrap each wedge with a slice of prosciutto, ensuring the Brie is completely covered.

  7. Place the prosciutto-wrapped Brie on the brioche slices.

  8. Drizzle each with honey.

  9. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the Brie is melted and the prosciutto is crispy.

  10. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.

  11. Garnish with fresh thyme leaves before serving.
