How To Make Brie Wrapped in Prosciutto & Brioche

Ingredients
- 1 wheel of Brie
- 8 slices of prosciutto
- 4 slices of brioche
- 2 tbsp of butter, melted
- 1 tbsp of honey
- Fresh thyme leaves, for garnish
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Place the brioche slices on a baking sheet and brush both sides with melted butter.

Bake the brioche slices for about 8-10 minutes until golden brown and crispy.

Remove from the oven and set aside to cool slightly.

Cut the Brie wheel into 8 equal wedges.

Wrap each wedge with a slice of prosciutto, ensuring the Brie is completely covered.

Place the prosciutto-wrapped Brie on the brioche slices.

Drizzle each with honey.

Bake for 10-12 minutes until the Brie is melted and the prosciutto is crispy.

Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.

Garnish with fresh thyme leaves before serving.
