This pizza combines the sweetness of figs with the savory taste of caramelized onions, creating a delicious and unique flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 pizza crust
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 large onions, sliced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup fig jam
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 4 fresh figs, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.

  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onions, salt, and pepper. Cook until onions are caramelized, about 20 minutes.

  3. Spread fig jam over the pizza crust. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.

  4. Add caramelized onions on top of the cheese.

  5. Sprinkle blue cheese on top of the onions.

  6. Top with sliced fresh figs.

  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.

  8. Let the pizza cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
