How To Make Easy Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients
- 4 large bell peppers
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes.

In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.

Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet and cook until the onion is translucent.

Stir in the cooked rice, diced tomatoes, cumin, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

Stuff each bell pepper with the beef and rice mixture. Place the peppers in a baking dish.

Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top of each stuffed pepper.

Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the peppers are tender and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
