How To Make Creamy Parsnip & Mustard Gratin

- 4 parsnips, peeled and thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Gruyere cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish with butter or cooking spray.

Layer the parsnip slices in the greased baking dish, slightly overlapping each other.

In a small bowl, whisk together the Dijon mustard, heavy cream, salt, and pepper.

Pour the cream mixture over the parsnips, making sure to cover each slice evenly.

Sprinkle the grated Gruyere cheese over the top.

Cover the dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
