How To Make Smoked Haddock & Jerusalem Artichoke Gratin

Ingredients
- 500g smoked haddock fillets, skin removed
- 500g Jerusalem artichokes, peeled and sliced
- 300ml double cream
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 100g Cheddar cheese, grated
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

Place the haddock fillets in a baking dish and season with salt and pepper.

In a saucepan, heat the double cream, garlic, and Dijon mustard until it just starts to boil.

Pour the cream mixture over the haddock fillets, making sure they are fully covered.

Arrange the sliced Jerusalem artichokes on top of the haddock.

Sprinkle the grated Cheddar cheese over the top of the gratin.

Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, or until the haddock is cooked through and the gratin is golden and bubbling.
