
How To Make Courgette Pakoras

Ingredients
- 2 medium courgettes, grated
- 1 cup gram flour (besan)
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- Salt to taste
- Water, as needed
- Oil, for frying
Instructions

In a bowl, mix together grated courgettes, gram flour, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and salt.

Gradually add water and mix well to form a thick batter.

Heat oil in a deep pan for frying.

Drop spoonfuls of the batter into the hot oil and fry until golden brown and crispy.

Remove the pakoras from the oil and drain on a paper towel to remove excess oil.

Serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
