How To Make Air Fryer Pakoras

Ingredients
- 1 cup besan (chickpea flour)
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onions
- 1/2 cup finely chopped spinach
- 1/4 cup finely chopped cilantro
- 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon grated garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala
- Salt to taste
- Water as needed
- Cooking spray
Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine besan, onions, spinach, cilantro, ginger, garlic, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, chaat masala, and salt.

Gradually add water and mix well until you have a thick batter.

Preheat the air fryer at 375°F (190°C) for 3-5 minutes.

Using a spoon, drop small portions of the batter in the air fryer basket. Spray the pakoras with cooking spray.

Air fry for 8-10 minutes or until the pakoras are golden brown and crispy.

Serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
