How To Make Baath na Bhajia (Rice Pakoras)

Ingredients
- 1 cup rice flour
- 1/4 cup gram flour (besan)
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- Salt to taste
- Water as needed
- Oil for frying
Instructions

In a large bowl, mix together rice flour, gram flour, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin seeds, sesame seeds, baking powder, and salt.

Gradually add water to the mixture and whisk well to make a smooth batter. The batter should be thick and not too watery.

Heat oil in a deep pan or wok for frying.

Drop spoonfuls of the batter into the hot oil and fry until golden brown and crispy. Flip the pakoras occasionally to cook them evenly.

Remove the pakoras from the oil using a slotted spoon and drain excess oil on a paper towel.

Serve hot Baath na Bhajia with chutney or sauce of your choice.
