Hard-boil eggs and cool under cold running water.
Peel eggs and cut in half lengthwise.
Remove yolks and place in a bowl.
Mash yolks with a fork.
Add mayonnaise, dijon mustard, white vinegar, green food coloring, salt and pepper.
Mix until smooth.
Pipe or spoon mixture into egg whites.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Chill before serving.
