How To Make St Patrick’s Day Irish Deviled Eggs

A festive twist on a classic appetizer. Perfect for St Patrick’s Day celebration!

  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • 1 tsp green food coloring
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Paprika, for garnish


  1. Hard-boil eggs and cool under cold running water.

  2. Peel eggs and cut in half lengthwise.

  3. Remove yolks and place in a bowl.

  4. Mash yolks with a fork.

  5. Add mayonnaise, dijon mustard, white vinegar, green food coloring, salt and pepper.

  6. Mix until smooth.

  7. Pipe or spoon mixture into egg whites.

  8. Sprinkle with paprika.

  9. Chill before serving.
