  • 4 large potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the diced potatoes in a large pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil and cook until the potatoes are fork-tender, about 15-20 minutes.

  2. Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot. Add the butter, milk, and Dijon mustard. Mash the potatoes until smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  3. Serve the Mustard Mash hot as a delicious and flavorful side dish to accompany meat or poultry.
