How To Make Vegan Peanut Butter Cookies
These cookies are sweet and crunchy, with a nutty flavor that comes from peanut butter.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup of vegan butter
- 1 cup of natural peanut butter
- 1/2 cup of brown sugar
- 1/4 cup of almond milk
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 1 and 1/4 cups of all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp of baking soda
- 1 tsp of baking powder
- 1/4 tsp of salt
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a mixing bowl, cream the vegan butter and peanut butter together using an electric mixer or whisk.

Add the brown sugar, almond milk, and vanilla extract to the mixing bowl and mix until smooth.

In another bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.

Slowly add the dry ingredients to the mixing bowl, and mix until the dough comes together.

Roll the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Press down gently on the dough balls with a fork to flatten them out.

Bake for 12 minutes or until golden brown.

Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
