  • 1 cup of raw walnuts, soaked overnight
  • 3 tbsp of nutritional yeast
  • 1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp of garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp of onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp of salt
  • 1/4 cup of water

Instructions

  1. Drain the soaked walnuts and rinse them with fresh water.

  2. In a food processor, combine the walnuts, nutritional yeast, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and water.

  3. Blend the ingredients until smooth and creamy.

  4. Scrape the mixture into a small bowl and chill for at least an hour.
