Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. Soak sunflower seeds in water overnight, then drain and rinse well.

  2. Add sunflower seeds, nutritional yeast, garlic, salt, lemon juice, and water to a food processor, and blend until smooth.

  3. While the food processor is running, pour in the olive oil and blend until fully combined.

  4. Transfer the mixture into a container and chill in the fridge for at least an hour before serving.
