  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Optional: diced tomatoes, jalapenos, and cilantro for topping

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine milk, hemp seeds, nutritional yeast, cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt.

  2. Blend until smooth.

  3. Pour mixture into a saucepan and heat over medium-high heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens to desired consistency.
