How To Make Vegan Almond Cheese Recipe
A delicious dairy-free cheese alternative made with almonds and perfect for vegans!

Ingredients
- 1 cup of raw almonds
- 1/4 cup of nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp of garlic powder
- 1 tsp of onion powder
- 1 tsp of sea salt
- 1/4 cup of water
- 1 tbsp of lemon juice
Instructions

Soak almonds in water overnight.

Drain and rinse almonds and add them to a blender or food processor.

Add nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, sea salt, water, and lemon juice to the blender or food processor.

Blend on high until smooth.

Transfer mixture to a saucepan and stir over medium heat for 5-10 minutes, until mixture thickens to a cheese-like consistency.

Pour mixture into a container and refrigerate until firm.
