Ingredients

  • 10 grams dried seaweed
  • 6 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • tofu cubes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Soak the dried seaweed in water for about 10 minutes, until it softens.

  2. In a pot, bring 6 cups of water to a boil. Add the soaked seaweed and cook for 10 minutes.

  3. Stir in the soy sauce, minced garlic, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another 5 minutes.

  4. Add tofu cubes if desired and simmer for an additional 5 minutes.

  5. Garnish with chopped green onion before serving.
