
How To Make Korean-style Seaweed Soup

Ingredients
- 10 grams dried seaweed
- 6 cups water
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 green onion, chopped
- tofu cubes (optional)
Instructions

Soak the dried seaweed in water for about 10 minutes, until it softens.

In a pot, bring 6 cups of water to a boil. Add the soaked seaweed and cook for 10 minutes.

Stir in the soy sauce, minced garlic, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another 5 minutes.

Add tofu cubes if desired and simmer for an additional 5 minutes.

Garnish with chopped green onion before serving.
