How To Make Chinese Tofu and Garlic Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 block of firm tofu, cut into cubes
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
- 1/2 cup of water
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon of green onion, chopped
Instructions

Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.

Add cubed tofu and fry until golden brown. Remove from pan and set aside.

In the same pan, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Add soy sauce, water, and cornstarch. Stir until thickened.

Add sesame oil and fried tofu. Mix well.

Top with chopped green onion and serve.
