How To Make Chinese Noodles with Tofu & Hazelnuts

Ingredients
- 8 oz Chinese noodles
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 8 oz tofu, cubed
- 1/2 cup hazelnuts, chopped
- 4 green onions, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
Instructions

Cook the Chinese noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the tofu and cook until golden brown and crispy, about 5 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the chopped hazelnuts and toast them for 2-3 minutes until fragrant. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

Add green onions, garlic, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and red pepper flakes to the skillet. Cook for 2 minutes until the sauce is heated through.

Add the cooked noodles, crispy tofu, and toasted hazelnuts to the skillet. Toss everything together until well coated with the sauce.

Serve the Chinese noodles with tofu and hazelnuts hot, garnished with additional green onions if desired.
