  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, rosemary, garlic, salt, and black pepper until well coated.

  3. Arrange the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
