  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

  2. In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, rosemary, thyme, salt, and black pepper until well-coated.

  3. Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.

  4. Roast in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until potatoes are golden and crispy, flipping them halfway through cooking for even browning.

  5. Serve the special roasted potatoes hot as a side dish.
