How To Make Roasted Rhubarb

Ingredients
- 4 stalks of rhubarb
- 1/4 cup of sugar
- 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Wash the rhubarb stalks and trim off the ends. Cut them into 1-inch pieces.

In a mixing bowl, toss the rhubarb pieces with sugar and vanilla extract until evenly coated.

Transfer the coated rhubarb to a baking dish and spread it out in an even layer.

Roast in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the rhubarb is tender but still holds its shape.
