How To Make Next Level Turkey & Ham Pie
This savory pie is filled with tender turkey, flavorful ham, and a creamy filling, making it the perfect comfort food meal.

Ingredients
- 1 pre-made pie crust
- 1 cup cooked turkey, shredded
- 1 cup cooked ham, diced
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- 1/2 cup carrots, diced
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp dried rosemary
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the onions and garlic, and cook until softened.

Stir in the flour until well combined, then gradually whisk in the chicken broth and milk.

Cook the mixture, stirring constantly, until it thickens and comes to a simmer.

Add the shredded turkey, diced ham, peas, carrots, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.

Remove the saucepan from heat.

Place the pie crust into a 9-inch pie dish.

Pour the turkey and ham filling into the pie crust, spreading it evenly.

Cover the filling with another pie crust and seal the edges. Cut a few slits on the top crust to allow steam to escape.

Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbling.
